The NBQ2025 UPSA Championship delivered unforgettable moments—and this contest between CASA, APOSA, and ROSA was nothing short of electrifying. With a spot at the National Championship at stake, all three teams came ready to battle it out through knowledge, speed, and strategy. No one could have predicted the final outcome, and that’s what made this contest so spectacular.
A Strong Start for CASA
The contest opened with high anticipation and energy. Right out of the gate, CASA showed intent, answering quickly and racking up an impressive 12 points. APOSA kept close with 9, while ROSA, though slower to find their rhythm, still managed a respectable 6. The gap between the teams was narrow enough to keep everyone on edge. The stage was clearly set for a dramatic contest.
Next up was the Speed Race, where quick thinking and even quicker fingers can change everything!
The Tables Turn
Then came the speed race—and what a round it was. APOSA came alive with remarkable precision and pace, surging ahead to take the lead with a total of 15 points. CASA, unfortunately, couldn’t maintain their earlier momentum and dropped to 10. ROSA struggled in this round, managing only 3 points and falling further behind. The change in pace shifted the dynamics completely. Suddenly, APOSA was in the driver’s seat.
Just when it looked like CASA had set the tone, Apostolic Students and Associates (APOSA) came roaring back in Round 2 to flip the script!
It was safe to say: the Speed Race lived up to its name—and shook things up completely.
The less said, the better!
A True Nail-Biter
If there was any doubt that this was a close contest, Round 3 erased it. The teams went head-to-head in the True or False round, and it brought unexpected results. ROSA, who had been trailing, made an impressive push, raising their score to 13. CASA bounced back slightly to finish at 17, while APOSA held on to their lead with 19 points. At this point, anything could have happened. The tension was so thick, you could feel it in the air.
APOSA Holds on to Win
Despite the twists and turns, APOSA managed to maintain their narrow lead, finishing with 19 points. CASA followed closely behind with 17, and ROSA, after a spirited comeback, ended with 13. The crowd erupted as the final scores were announced—APOSA had done it! With that final whistle, they booked their place in the National Championship in September.
This was more than just a contest—it was a battle of will, wit, and faith under pressure. APOSA’s resilience, CASA’s early dominance, and ROSA’s fighting spirit gave us one of the most thrilling contests in the championship so far.
