The #NBQ2025 UCC Championship began in spectacular fashion as five strong teams—CASA, APOSA, AGCM, FIRSTLOVE, and DIHESA—clashed in what proved to be a tightly contested and high-scoring opening contest.

APOSA Bursts Out of the Gates
Round 1 saw APOSA come out firing, racking up bonus points and building an early lead. Their quick thinking and sharp responses gave them a strong advantage, as they finished the round with 23 points—well ahead of their closest challengers CASA, who followed with 14. Meanwhile, AGCM managed 5 points, while FIRSTLOVE and DIHESA struggled to get off the mark.
CASA’s Comeback Begins
However, Round 2 flipped the script entirely. CASA mounted a strong comeback, demonstrating both composure and precision to overtake APOSA. Impressively, CASA scored a 13 points in the round to take the lead with 27 points. In contrast, APOSA added only 2, dropping to second place with 25. Elsewhere, the rest of the field remained stagnant, with AGCM at 5, FIRSTLOVE improving slightly to 2, and DIHESA still yet to score.
CASA Completes a Cleansheet
The turning point of the contest came in Round 3—the True or False round—where CASA delivered a flawless performance, completing a rare cleansheet. Their perfect score added another 16 points to their tally, significantly widening the gap between them and APOSA. Although APOSA had a solid round, they couldn’t match CASA’s perfection. By the end of the round, CASA led with 43 points, APOSA followed with 38, and AGCM finally broke double digits with 16. FIRSTLOVE and DIHESA trailed with 5 and 1 respectively.
A Neck-and-Neck Finish
As the contest moved into the final round, it was clear that the battle was far from over. Both CASA and APOSA picked up points in a neck-and-neck finish. However, CASA did just enough to hold onto their lead, ending the contest with 46 points. APOSA closed in with 41, falling just short despite their strong start. AGCM remained at 16, while FIRSTLOVE and DIHESA ended with 5 and 1 respectively.

CASA’s comeback and cleansheet proved decisive, while APOSA’s early firepower wasn’t quite enough to reclaim the lead.
