The race to the NBQ2026 National Championship is officially in high gear! With 2 out of 8 Institutional Championships now complete, the intensity is palpable and the standard has been set incredibly high.

So far, the regional stages at UMaT and UHAS have delivered pure drama, from clinical shutouts to sudden-death tie-breakers. As it stands, 30 total slots are available for the National stage, and 6 elite teams have already punched their direct tickets to the big dance.

The Road to the NBQ2026 National Stage

Each Institutional Championship serves as a grueling gauntlet designed to test biblical literacy, spiritual depth, and mental agility. From the rapid-fire Speed Race to the cerebral Riddles, contestants must be as quick as they are grounded in the Word.

The “Powerhouse 3-Peat Grand Finale” from UMaT and the resilient qualifiers from UHAS have shown remarkable composure, proving that the 2026 season will be a battle of the giants.

Qualified Teams So Far

Leading the charge is AGCM UMaT, who set the scoreboard alight with a staggering 46 points, followed by the newly crowned UMaT Champions, PENSA UMaT (35 pts). These teams haven’t just qualified; they’ve sent a clear warning to the rest of the nation.
